GBH teas began in 2019, when we decided to transition our farm from growing heirloom vegetables to growing all things herbal as we continue to practice organic principles and use absolutely no pesticides. We plant, tend, harvest and dehydrate our herbs with minimal processing so you taste the leaf as nature intended. From there we handcraft tasty small batch blends that are balanced in flavor and provide functional support. The passion of GBH Holmestead is healthy soil, clean growing, and honest ingredients.

Whole-Leaf Quality
We harvest at peak, dehydrate low and slow, and seal the herb as whole as possible to immediately lock in aroma, color, and potency. Using intact leaves and flowers (not dust) gives you more flavor with less bitterness and a naturally vibrant brew. Then slightly ground right before handcrafting blend you will see the difference in the cup—and smell it the moment you open the bag.
